eastatlanta: Any reliable, clean, employed, non-crazy grad students/young professionals looking for a place in Atlanta (Grant Park area) in Mid-March? Must love well-behaved dogs and the sound of traffic in the morning (it’ll sound like the ocean after a few weeks ;)). Obligatory question mark? A definite dream! Joy and her dog (named after character in beloved Harper Lee novel) are so great.

– Provocative read on why history needs software piracy. Reminiscent of the story of how the widely pirated first edition of Arabian Nights made it one of the most influential pieces of storytelling in history. (via curiositycounts)

It seems that their stores are filled with more sweatpants/hoodies than their more sensible styles (spoken like a true hypocrite as I am wearing my Jack Wills loungewear right now).  More photos of the shoot from...

Tonight
Dinner and drinks with an old friend, listened to live music at the bar, got seated at JCT in nearly 5 minutes (on a Saturday night, no less!), got lost around Clairmont looking at gorgeous houses… I wish I could bottle tonight so I can always remind myself what contentment is.

dictionaryofobscuresorrows: n. the temptation to step off your career track and become a shepherd in the mountains, following your flock between pastures with a sheepdog and a rifle, watching storms at dusk from the doorway of a small cabin, just the kind of hypnotic diversion that allows your thoughts to make a break for it and wander back to their cubicles in the city.
