topherchris: I’m a big fan of the Oxford comma, but imagine how much bandwidth the entire internet would save if everybody stopped using it right now. Think of all the poor children with slow internet access. Think of little Johnny, now able to load that webpage a microsecond faster. Don’t be a dick.

Book abandoned. Nay, not even touched. Watched Fish Tank on Netflix Instant. I can see why some described it as a horrifically satisfying film. During the movie I felt dirty, I felt redeemed, and then I felt a twinge of happiness. Haven’t seen a film that complex in a while.

Enraptured.
Watching 2011 Jane Eyre with Fassybender as Edward Rochester. The direction of Cary Fukunaga is exquisite—both eerie and romantic, like the Brontë novel. How novel that a movie try to mimic the text it originates from! Regardless, I must admit my fondness for literary film adaptations is but a thin veil that haphazardly masks my admiration for the lead male.  O, Mr. Fassbender, you...
