Curiosity wins.  → formspring.me

I’ve always wondered what people would ask if they were given the opportunity to do it in an anonymous forum. Would they be superficial or sincere? Malicious or kind?

This should be interesting. Ask away!

Doth the winged life destroy.
He who kisses the joy as it flies,
Lives in eternity’s sunrise.”

if i were to direct a heist film, it would be smart to hire RJD2 to compose the score.

Listen

I’ve been downloading a lot of music lately. “Bloodline” by Matt Morris is the latest addition to Toddy the iPoddy and seems to echo Jeff Buckley’s “Hallelujah” (the comparison, I know, is building it to be more than it actually is). It’s a mellow song. Does anyone else feel like the music you listen to is like the soundtrack that plays in your biopic? Only I would want Wes Anderson to direct it and it would take place in New York during an ambiguous time period across a background of thoughtfully-picked out, bright, saturated colors and Marc Jacobs collections. Also, how is it possible to be in a state where you’re content, yet anxious about screwing it all up? I’ve become painfully aware of this feeling and, while it’s exhilarating to be feeling something for once after a long period of ambivalence, it’s a little scary. Well, the only way to stifle these concerns is by hauling my ass down to Jericho Café for a cappuccino, Corinne Bailey Rae, and Hotel du Lac. Hopefully I’ll just let my brain do what it’s the best at—- forgetting.
